| Failure to provide an accurate address or addresses, which results in the delivery company returning the package to us, will be refunded minus the postage fee paid and a $30 administration charge. |
Delivery Time Frames
The delivery time frames and dates shown are estimates. They are not guarantees. This is because the delivery company’s Tracked 48 and 24 services are not guaranteed services, but rather it is their aim to deliver within the time frame.

*We do our absolute best to ensure all orders are dispatched as per the delivery times. However, this is not always p;le, but we guarantee that your order will be dispatched by the end of the following working day.
Order Hasn’t Arrived
While over 90% of orders arrive within the estimated time frames, the delivery company’s deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff shortages, network issues, or adverse weather. Please allow 7 working days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
Compensation/Replacement Policies for Non-Delivered Items
- Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
- If your order is marked as delivered, yet you haven’t received it:
- Please double-check the shipping address provided at checkout. If incorrect, unfortunately, we cannot take further action.
- Please examine your property for any safe place where the package may have been left.
- Check with your neighbors to see if they received the package.
- If your package is still missing after these steps, please contact us right away. We will initiate an investigation with the delivery company. A replacement will only be dispatched if Standard Mail confirms the package was not delivered.
- If your order is marked as delivered, yet you haven’t received it:
- Order Not Marked as Delivered After 7 Working Days:
- If more than 7 working days have passed since dispatch and the order isn’t marked as delivered, please email us. We will start an investigation with the delivery company. Depending on the situation, we may dispatch a replacement immediately or await investigation results.

We do not offer compensation or refunds for delays, including those for Tracked 24 service.
