If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or addressee, we’ll refund your payment minus the shipping fee and a $30 administration charge.

Policy Overview

Full Refunds:
Changed your mind? No problem! You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unopened and sealed. Just contact us within this timeframe. If your order is lost during delivery, you’re also eligible for a refund.

Faulty Goods:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know right away. If something goes wrong with your item within 14 days of use, please contact us. For eligible cases, we’ll offer a free replacement, credit, or refund. If you paid for Express Tracked 24 shipping, only a partial shipping refund will apply.

Shipping Costs:
Refunds are based on the lowest-cost shipping method we offer. For Express Tracked 24, only a partial shipping refund is available.


How to Get a Full Refund (Change of Mind)

  • Let us know within 14 days of receiving your product, then send it back unopened and sealed within the next 14 days. Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us for a full cancellation and refund.
  • If the order has shipped but not arrived yet, wait for delivery and then return it unopened.
  • Please don’t return products directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
You may receive a partial refund if:

  • The item is returned damaged or incomplete (not our fault).
  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Faulty Goods Process

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within 14 days, let us know as soon as possible.
  • If eligible, we’ll provide free return instructions (no printer required for the label).
  • For faults after 14 days, we’ll still help if there’s a manufacturing defect. We cannot refund or replace items damaged by misuse.
  • After inspection, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund if you prefer. If no fault is found, we’ll return the item to you.
